Stores: you can visit vagabond stores at one of our 4 locations

Deliveries
On-line credit card orders will normally be dispatched same day or next business day. Orders placed by phone, fax will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If your choice turns out to be not what you wanted you can send it back unopened within one week of receipt and we'll swap the item for something of equal value or provide a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), however we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item(s) to you.
Returns should be sent to: Vagabond Level 2 Sky City Metro 291-297 Queen Street, Auckland. If there is a problem with the item(s) you have purchased please contact us directly with your concerns and we'll make arrangements as necessary.
This should be done within thirty days of receiving your order.
Privacy
Vagabond Games and Collectibles will keep your personal information safe and will not release any information you submit. We take your privacy and security seriously. We do not provide any third parties with your personal details unless absolutely required as part of the order fulfillment process (e.g. banks or couriers).
Credit Card Security
Vagabond Games and Collectibles does not store credit card information. Your credit card details have the security offered by Paystation using industry-standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This prevents information from being intercepted and protects your credit card details when making an online transaction. Credit card details are sent directly to the bank via Paystation for processing. No actual card data is held by Vagabond Games and Collectibles.
